This project consists of the reuse and repurposed design of an existing four story structure and will include the addition of a four story hotel with a total of 100 guestrooms.

The hotel is being designed as a facility with an attractive pool and patio for patrons only. Various amenities will include a fitness room, work/business area, conference centers for guest, soft seating lounge with bar amenities. 

The landscape will consist of a plant palette consistent with the city of phoenix approved plant list and will be an attractive development inviting to all. 

The hotel will have business that are 24 hours-a-day as is traditional with a hotel. 

The hotel will have lighted signage along McDowell and 12th Street and the incorporation of exterior building lights will be shielded from the adjacent residences to the north and east of the project.
